Learn how to create a service-level agreement (SLA) to help align your teams together to make sure everyone has the same priorities. Meetings as well as internal newsletters can help make sure both teams continue to stay focused on the same goals. Lastly, the most important part is understanding the handoff from marketing to sales. Aja will touch on how timing is everything and some quick tips.
