Meet-up Recap: When Sales and Marketing Align

Sep 24, 2018 2:37:19 PM | Recap

With a successful Q3 NYC HUG event behind us, let's take a brief minute to recap the events, especially for those who were unable to attend. On September 13th we gathered at Aircall HQ for more than just wine and cheese. We networked with local marketing professionals who participated during our Q&A panel and heard from our HubSpot speaker on how to better align marketing and sales.  Below you'll find the presentations from both our speakers, Nick Bodkins and Aja Frost.

Not only do we have the slides from each presenter but we have the video, too (because video is so hot right now 🔥).  Lastly, don't forget to scroll to the bottom to see if you made it into our gallery from the event!

Sales & Marketing Alignment - Aja Frost, HubSpot

Aja Frost of HubSpot, closed out the evening with her presentation on sales and marketing alignment. Learn how to create a service-level agreement (SLA) to help align your teams together to make sure everyone has the same priorities. Meetings as well as internal newsletters can help make sure both teams continue to stay focused on the same goals. Lastly, the most important part is understanding the handoff from marketing to sales. Aja will touch on how timing is everything and some quick tips.
